KAF Cafe is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our branches!

Experience: 3–5 years in luxury café or upscale restaurant management
Candidate Requirement: Must be a female currently based in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams
Monitor inventory, staff schedules, and compliance with health & labor regulations
Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
Monitor branch sales, expenses, and profitability
Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll, leave, and staffing
Support marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury café or upscale restaurant
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
Knowledge of UAE labor laws, food safety, and hygiene standards
Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting principles
