Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchasing process. Proficiency in Arabic is essential for effectively communicating with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the vehicles available in the showroom, including features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
  • Documentation: Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork, including financing applications, warranties, and registration.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide post-purchase support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their purchase.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Multilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking customers and other multilingual clients.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to better serve customers.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge: A keen interest in automobiles and the ability to quickly learn about new models and features.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the dealership.
