Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth.

* Train, mentor, and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to improve skills and productivity.

* Oversee daily operations of the sales team, including monitoring performance metrics and managing client relationships.

* Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.

* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements :

↪Proficient with real estate CRM and sales software.
