Job Description

Responsible for carrying out given administrative and clerical tasks on daily basis internally and externally. This may include providing support to agents and employees, as per the requirements.

Have in-depth knowledge for registration of property in Authority portals such for Oqood, Title deed etc.

Providing registered information and queries to respective department/s.

Preparing SPA’s and entering relevant data on the Property Management Software.

Responding to Emails from Clients Regarding Oqood, SPA, SPA booklet, documentations. Coordinate with respective department heads/admin and respond accordingly in a timely manner.

Coordinating with the Finance team and following up with Emailing receipts and invoices about payments received and due. Keeping track of all payment-related information about the client/s.

Providing information about company and projects to concerned external agencies.

Staying up to date with company offers by coordinating with concerned departments (Sales, Marketing etc.)

Assisting clients with signing of Legal Documents concerning Project Sales in the office (SPA’s, Handover Forms etc.)

Coordinating with Agents in regard to collection & organizing client’s relevant documents.

Maintaining and updating Properties & Clients database followed by the department manual.

Coordinating with the concerned Department in relation to shipping Legal Documents to client and if necessary be the point of contact in relation to sending and receiving documents from clients.

Maintaining prompt Follow up with the concerned parties in regard to the document shipments.

Managing Storing and record keeping of all SPA’s related to the client

Maintaining and emailing necessary documents to clients for signature and information purposes.
