Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling quotes, booking inquiries, and coordinating with clients and suppliers. Strong quoting skills, experience with ERP systems, and knowledge of the oil and gas industry are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue quotes efficiently based on client requirements, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Manage and respond to booking inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the ERP system.
  • Support the sales team in client management activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
  • Strong quoting skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Must have knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
