Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Learn to understand client staffing needs and collaborate with our recruitment team.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Receive training on creating and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Must know how to speak Tagalog and English is a must
- No prior experience in sales is necessary. We value enthusiasm, a pleasing personality, and a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
