Job Description

As a Tele-caller, your primary objective is to increase sales by contacting both existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for handling all sales over the phone and answering any questions related to the company's products or services. In addition to this, it will be your duty to collect relevant information from clients and maintain a positive relationship with them. Understanding customer requirements and demands is crucial, as it will help you efficiently close sales deals. You should also take notes of any essential information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact new and existing customers, as well as prospective customers, to discuss products and services.

- Obtain customer information and relevant data during the conversation.

- Ask questions to understand the customer's specifications and requirements.

- Resolve any queries and issues related to the products and services.

- Record all sales phone calls and sales deals for future reference.

- Take and process product orders in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain an up-to-date database of customers.

- Suggest solutions to customers based on their needs and requirements.
