  • Handling CRM and monitoring agents property advertisement on portals
  • Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
  • Create and maintain spread sheets in Excel for market prices and reporting to the Managing Director
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Create and maintain office filing system
  • Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi permission
  • Calling Landlords, checking availability, arranging viewing
  • Compile, organized and accurately finalize documents for office records
  • Edit property pictures
  • follow-up sales team for daily report and target
  • Prepare and process real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses
  • Provide general office support as needed
