- Collaborating with clients to determine their goals and requirements for the space.
- Developing design concepts and mood boards to communicate ideas.
- Creating floor plans, furniture layouts, and 3D renderings.
- Selecting and sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
- Coordinating and overseeing the installation of the design elements.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the design vision is executed effectively.
- Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
- Proven Experience in interior design or a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup or Rovit, dsmax and V-ray.
- Strong knowledge of materials, color schemes and furniture styles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experiences: more than 3 years' experience.
