Senior Interior/Exterior Designer

Job Description

• Collaborating with clients to determine their goals and requirements for the space.
• Developing design concepts and mood boards to communicate ideas.
• Creating floor plans, furniture layouts, and 3D renderings.
• Selecting and sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
• Coordinating and overseeing the installation of the design elements.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the design vision is executed effectively.
• Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
• Proven Experience in interior design or a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup or Rovit, dsmax and V-ray.
• Strong knowledge of materials, color schemes and furniture styles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experiences: more than 3 years' experience.
