We are hiring Service Associates (Waiters/Waitresses) for our branch Dots Cafe in Fujairah

Role Overview:

As a Service Associate, you'll be the face of our customer service, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on our menu and make recommendations.
• Upsell special items and take orders efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
• Maintain cleanliness and service areas.
• Ensure all stations are stocked with necessary items.
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
• Provide fast, friendly service, and build customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and good communication skills.
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Immediate joiner is a plus
