Job Description
The incumbent provides support to Zahrawi’s existing customers by taking service inquiry calls and informing the Service Engineers to address any issued the customer is facing.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the inventory of the spare parts, monitoring and managing the inventory on a regular basis.
- Assisting the Service Engineers with the service inquiries coming from the customers.
- Answering the questions of customers regarding the services schedule.
- Keeping the instruments, customers and service contracts database of all existing customers and updating them regularly.
- Monitoring smooth transactions of service operation performed by the Service Engineers.
- Performing all administrative supports such as filling records, maintaining a weekly report from Service Engineers, reporting directly to Line Manager for every circumstance occurred.
- Preparing all required documents required regarding new installation to ensure and provide appropriate customer service satisfaction.
- Coordinating with the Sales & Accounts Departments to monitor transactions for spare parts orders, invoicing of service contract and payments.
- Monitoring progress of job orders and service contracts.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Years of Experience: 3 - 4 years
Job Specific Skills: FANR, Nuclear Medicine, Supply & Demand Planning, Regulatory Affairs
Additional Details: Candidates should be based in the UAE and should be willing to move to Company visa.
