Studio Assistant
ASTUDIO, a digital creative agency and production house, is looking to employ a full time Studio Assistant. If you want to join a fast-paced growing digital creative agency, we want to talk to you.
As a Studio Assistant, you should have solid experience in updating logs, storing, setting up and transporting production equipment.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to take care of the studio equipment, arrange it properly in the storage, be consistent and organized.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and potentially holidays if required.
Update equipment log regularly.
Must be able to carry the photo and video equipment, set it up on the day of the shoot and be present for any assistance during the shoot.
Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc., assist directors, camera people and other crew members.
Transport equipment safely to shoot locations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a production assistant or a passion for the industry.
Prior experience working with an agency or production house in Dubai.
A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
Knowledge of equipment and terminology is necessary.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
Resourcefulness and problem-solving
A team player with great communication skills
Physical strength to be able to carry the production equipment
High school diploma; Relevant training (e.g., production courses) will be an advantage
