Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Chef De Partie-Sushi. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include,
Specializes in the preparation and cooking of Japanes cuisine (Sushi).
Prepare mis-en-place for required operation & coordinate with concerned sections.
Prepare menu items as directed & guided by senior chefs.
Communicate & coordinate with other sections of the Kitchen & provide assistance as required.
Store all items properly in storages following proper standards.
Ensure all hygiene slandered are followed & HACCP standards are adhered too.
Follow all food preparation guidelines & assists Commis chefs in preparing all meals.
Ensure cleanliness of all utensils, cooking equipment, working tables, cold rooms and all the kitchen areas up to the standard. Ensure that the hotel’s cost control policies and procedures are followed.
3-5 year experience in the similar position or related professional area
Ability to work independently as a member of a team with minimal supervision and available to join immediately preferably located in UAE
