Role : Technical and Functional Consultant

As a Technical and Functional Consultant, you are responsible for providing application & process support to expected quality and speed driving improvements within the support organization, i.e.

Will be responsible to support and implement different aspects of Hospitality

Hotel Management Systems

Finance Management Systems

POS – Point of Sale

Purchase Management System

Inventory Management System

Asset Management System

Food and Beverage Management

HR Management System – Payroll HR – Time attendance

Business Intelligence Software / Tools

Hotel CRS, CRM, & booking systems, revenue generation systems

Responsibilities:

Application Support & Operations

- Execute maintenance and support activities ensure system availability and performance in line with user expectation, agreed service levels, quality standards and service delivery processes.

- Manage support at level 1 and 2 are get involved in escalation mode at level when the solution needs to be modified to ensure continuity.

- Lead continuous improvement application & problem management initiatives ensuring they are in sync with the business needs.

- Keep documentations of Tasks and Activity up to date

- Reporting on daily work activity to reporting manager

Enhancements

- Contributes to solution’s delivery road map by participate in Building Activities as part of the project team

- Ensure solution evolves including enhancements requests management and prioritization together with the business.

- Participate in the set-up and execution of end-to-end User acceptance testing with business representatives.

- Perform testing on relevant integrations during releases.

- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) as required.

- Provide expert advice related to changes to the Enterprise Architecture team.

- Participate in projects.

- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to meet common goals and resolve issues.

Requirements:

- Desired Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent experience.

- Hospitality functional (Hotels/Restaurants / Resorts) sector knowledge

- 3-5-year working experience in large and complex organizations.

- Proven experience in a similar role.

- working experience in support and implement different accepts of Hospitality Software.

- - Fluent in English.

- Excellent understanding of accounting processes.

- Willing to accept a hands-on role.

- Proactive, self-starter, needs to be able to work without close supervision.
