Position: Part-Time Telecaller Location: Abushagara, Sharjah, and Al Nahda 2, Dubai

Job Description: As a Part-Time Telecaller at our esteemed educational institute, you will play a crucial role in connecting with parents and students to provide them with valuable information about our diverse range of courses. Your main responsibility will be to engage in friendly and informative conversations, convincing potential students and parents to visit our office and enroll in our exceptional educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to parents and students to discuss the benefits and features of our various courses.
• Provide detailed information about the institute's offerings and answer queries effectively.
• Persuade and motivate prospective students to visit our office for a more in-depth discussion about our courses.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls and interactions in the database.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and persuasive demeanor.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining call records.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary ranging from 1500 AED to 2000 AED per month and attractive commission.
