Job Description

A typist cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a multifaceted role that combines administrative tasks with public relations responsibilities.

Preferable : Male / Female

Responsibilities: -

  • Prepare and type various documents, including letters, reports, and official correspondence in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and government authorities, including the Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development, and other relevant government departments.
  • Submit and process documents, applications, and paperwork required for government approvals and permits.
  • Assist employees with visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Stay up-to-date with UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and manage the renewal of business licenses, trade licenses, and permits as required.
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure timely renewals.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Ensure that all legal documentation complies with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Provide translation services, particularly between English and Arabic, to facilitate communication between the organization and government entities.
  • Handle public relations duties, including organizing events, press releases, and communication with media outlets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all government-related documents, applications, and approvals.
  • Ensure documents are easily accessible when needed for reference or audits.
  • Stay informed about changes in UAE regulations and labor laws and ensure the organization's compliance.
  • Advise the management team on any necessary actions to maintain compliance.
  • Effectively communicate with employees, management, and external parties regarding government-related matters.
  • Provide timely updates on the status of applications and approvals.
  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and government policies affecting the organization's operations.
  • Stay informed about updates and changes in government procedures and requirements.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of PRO activities for management and compliance purposes.

Skills: -

  • Minimum of 2 years of Experience in UAE on the same field
  • Any Degree or equivalent
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
  • Depth knowledge of all Process in Ministry of Labour, Immigration and other Government Organizations in UAE such as Arabic Typing, Visa Typing (New/Renewal/Cancellation etc.),Medical Typing, Emirates ID Typing, Insurance, Data Entry.
  • Should able to Join Immediately
  • Must have a valid UAE Driving License

Own visa and Sponsor visa will be additional Value.
