Mirrors Beauty Lounge is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the team's activities, implementing and maintaining robust accounting systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and guiding the company towards sound financial decisions. You will play a critical role in ensuring our financial compliance and optimizing our financial processes.

Required - Immediate Joining.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Reporting:

• Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and processes
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports
• Reconcile income statements and balance sheets
• Manage the master data of the general ledger
• Control and review online banking payments

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure compliance with all state revenue service regulations and reporting requirements
• Manage corporate tax returns and filing deadlines
• Maintain professional certifications and stay updated on relevant accounting standards

Financial Analysis & Strategic Support:

• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
• Prepare expense budget reports and track variances
• Offer professional financial advice and recommendations to senior management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting (Master’s is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in UAE
• Proven track record of successfully implementing accounting systems and processes
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools (epms)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proactive and results-oriented approach
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to professional excellence
