Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyze profit margins to support business decisions.
Investigate cost variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Verify vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies through effective coordination.
Determine accurate pricing by analyzing market trends and negotiating with suppliers.
Maintain and update a structured database of costs, pricing models, and supplier quotes.
Implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability while ensuring competitive pricing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in cost analysis, pricing, or a similar financial role.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Analytical Abilities: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and cost verification.
