Job Description

Handle day to day accounting transactions and recoding entries in the accounting system.

Assist operations, admin & clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions related to accounts (Quotation, Billing, Invoicing & SOA)

Record each and every financial transactions in the company in the relevant software.

Managing income and expenditure accounts and Petty cash handling..

Completing analysis of the employee expenditures vs income.

Preparing & Emailing updated statements of accounts, payment follow up with customers on a weekly basis, track unpaid Invoices from B2B & B2C customers & SOA of vendors & business partners.

Keeping a check on the company’s cashflow.

Filing and remitting taxes, VAT and other financial obligations.

Reconciling the company’s bank statement and bookkeeping ledgers.

Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company (Zoho, Tally & Waves)

Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information

Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Secure financial information by completing database backups.

Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

Preparing & updating company accounting procedures by researching and interpreting best and latest accounting policy and updated regulations.

Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Comply with federal, state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.

Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.

Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Assisting the Finance Manager/General Manager in preparing balance sheet, SOA, Project estimation, Costing & pricing etc.

Assisting Auditors for Finalization of Financial Statements.

Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, monthly profit and loss statements and other daily, monthly reports.
