Requirements for the Role

  • High level English and Hindi proficiency
  • Excel analysis – strong aptitude for numbers, quantitative analysis and detailed reconciliation
  • Team player with ‘can do’ attitude who can role with the punches
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a challenging, fast paced, team environment under pressure
  • Minimum 5 years UAE previous experience as the person responsible for:-
  • Manage inventory / barcoding / stock takes
  • Preparation of sales reconciliation and Landed Costs in Excel

Preferable / Nice to have experience

  • Odoo
  • Shopify

Responsibilities include

  • Management of Inventory + inventory levels, bar coding, product creation and procurement
  • Maintenance of procurement schedules
  • Arranging of Freight – incoming and outgoing + checking of shipping documents
  • Following company procedures and accounting policies
  • Preparation of Landed Costs, order schedules and procurement summaries for suppliers
  • Preparation of orders to Suppliers and payments including maintenance of a Statement of Account
  • Assist the Directors, Sales team and Warehouse Manager with general administrative tasks
