Trustbend Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, VAT filing, payment collections, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Records Management:
    • Maintain and update financial records.
    • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
    • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing.
    • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Accounts Management:
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
    • Handle payment collections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA/ACCA or similar certification preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as an Accountant within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to commute to the job location.
  • Must be able to join immediately.
