A Medical Center in Sharjah is looking for a Arabic Speaker Female Accountant / Cashier with one-three years of experience in the Medical field, with Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and can join immediately

Responsibilities

  • Closing the invoice which is opening on the system for each department with materials consumable and service provided.
  • Checking the payment of patients based on their procedure which is paid or not and informing the nurse and reception department.
  • Maintains and updates customer files in the medical center system.
  • Closing the registration which is not under Doctor or Nurse name for all departments (Unknown doctor, packages).
  • Updating , tracking, and approving the Online payment modes like transfer tabby, tamara, toothpick and Telr.
  • Making report of dental patients for which not paid and done the service on a weekly basis.
  • Checking with insurance about treatment which approved and which not approved.
  • Handling and clarifying the treatment plan with patients related to payment and collecting the same from patients.
  • Checking the price list of the treatment to ensure pricing is correct.
  • Collecting payments, whether in cash or credit and issuing receipts and refunds.
  • Count the cash in the presence of the customer.
  • Handle the cash drawer and count the contents at the end of the shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
  • Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
  • Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.
  • Enter the amount of payment on the credit card terminal and press enter.
  • Receive requests to make payments by credit card.
  • Receive requests to make payments by credit card.
  • Swipe credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) through the credit card terminal.
  • Run an adding machine tape on the credit card receipts and place the total on the Cash Verification form.

Qualifications

  • Work experience as a Clinic Accountant / Cashier or in a similar role in sales.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and ERP.
  • Good math skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
  • Accounting Diploma degree. or a related field
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Must be located in the UAE
