Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Accounts Management:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze financial discrepancies and provide resolutions.
  • Audit and Compliance:
  • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Cost Analysis:
  • Perform cost analysis and provide insights for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare cost reports and analyze variances.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize financial performance.
  • General Ledger:
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial information.
  • Financial Controls:
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls.
  • Review and enhance financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to understand financial impacts.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
