Responsibilities
• Managing funds for all upcoming and existing projects to ensure timely availability and proper allocation.
• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations across all entities, ensuring that accounting entries are accurate and aligned with financial standards
• Assisting in the timely completion of external audits for all entities, ensuring full compliance with VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Coordinating with stakeholders from different entities (KSA, Qatar, and UAE) to consolidate financial data and maintain consistency and accuracy in the records.
• Collaborating closely with all departments to optimize costs, identify and reduce financial gaps, and support cost-saving initiatives aimed at securing new and existing projects.
• Participating in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a logistics or freight-forwarding company.
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, Oracle, or similar) and Excel.
• Familiar with logistics documents (AWB, BL, DNs) and cost elements.
• Strong understanding of UAE/KSA VAT laws and intercompany transactions
