Al Thamam Electronics is looking for hiring an Accounts Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and data entry
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Manage petty cash and employee expense claims
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when needed

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
