Accounts Payable Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• All payments process including LC, cheque, Bank transfers
• Posting & Manage all accounting transactions
• Assists in budget forecasts
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Bank Reconciliation
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Payroll processing
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Assist in balance sheets preparation and profit/loss statements
• Support Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in RETAIL field.
• Working knowledge of SAP accounting software.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
