Responsibilities:
1. General Administration:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Electronics Division.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
2. Communication Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other correspondence as needed.
- Ensure efficient communication flow within the division and with other departments.
3. Record Keeping:
- Manage and update electronic databases and records related to inventory, projects, and client information.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of electronic products, warranties, and service agreements.
4. Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of electronic components and supplies.
- Track and manage inventory levels, anticipating and communicating supply needs.
5. Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
6. Facility Management:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Collaborate with facilities management for the maintenance and safety of the workplace.
7. Project Support:
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects within the Electronics Division.
- Assist in preparing project-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the electronics industry.
- Proficient in office software and electronic record-keeping systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
