Job Description

To co ordinate, facilitate the administrative and operational formalities for all employees as well as company procedures. And to ensure compliance with both the ministry guidelines and the company guidelines. Also, to handle the office daily operations related to administration and customer care.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee & execute the daily administrative transactions of the office.

Handle clients’ communication in case of complaints or any required support.

Handle tenancy contracts process (new & renewal).

Update the CRM software with the clients’ data and services provided.

Maintain employees’ records, databases and files.

Coordinate with the finance department for the payroll and employees’ benefits.

Prepare the HR budget in coordination with Finance Department.

Handle End to End Recruitment Process.

Handle all on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

Coordinate with the PR partner for visas’ issues, trade licenses and all government relations.

Monitor the employees' attendance and leaves’ tracks.

Prepare the employees’ gatherings and events.

Support the employees by replying to their inquiries and resolving their matters.

Handle all HR correspondences both internal and external.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Admin Role preferably in Real Estate in UAE.

Skills:

Well versed with UAE Labor laws and visas’ regulations.

Excellent command in English both verbal and written.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

Advanced user of MS Office applications with excellent computer skills.
Customer service oriented.
