Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other departments in matters concerning accounting related matters and internal control
Reports directly to and communicates with the Assistant Manager of Finance and Director of Finance on all matters pertaining to accounting and financial controls
Making concepts for Social Media Platforms
Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
Presenting creative design work to clients
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Requirements:
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
1-2 years of relevant accounting experience in the Joinery, Fit Out, or Contracting industry in the UAE.
Excellent communication skills
Good command on Excel, Word, Outlook & Graphic Design
