Job Description


  • Handling & Updating Company Web Site
  • Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other departments in matters concerning accounting related matters and internal control
  • Reports directly to and communicates with the Assistant Manager of Finance and Director of Finance on all matters pertaining to accounting and financial controls
  • Making concepts for Social Media Platforms
  • Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
  • Presenting creative design work to clients
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings


  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience in the Joinery, Fit Out, or Contracting industry in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command on Excel, Word, Outlook & Graphic Design
