- Roles and responsibilities:
- update the quotes and prices shared with team
-Assist in monitoring and tracking of the leads
- Coordinate with the Customers, follow up or update on deliveries, follow up on orders, readiness, delivery timelines
- Check if the customers related details are taken care of in production - shelf life, labels, packaging, anything else
-Coordinating extra activities - making proformas, correcting some excels, making quotes, etc
-Managing the labels - by products; by customers etc.
-Coordinating activities like - Exhibitions, coordinate with suppliers etc.
-Maintain list of trials - results etc. at common place
- Profile required:
o Good with communication / soft communication skills
o Excel and other Microsoft tools knowledge
o Experience in coordination with multiple departments, etc.
o Willing to work long hours when needed
