Admin cum PRO (Receptionist) with graphics designing skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
  • Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
  • Booking of meeting rooms
  • Posting of daily mails and collection of daily mails and distribute to various department
  • Attend to visitors- serve drinks
  • Monitor all stationeries and pantry stocks
  • Responsible for our janitor and ensuring she carries out her duties as per requirement and to ensure the upkeep of pantry cleanliness co-ordinating with office assistant.
  • Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a “A” Level, Graduate Diploma or Graduate in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork.
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of graphic designing skills (Adobe photoshop, illustrator)
  • Able to start work by Mid of December 2023.
  • Fluent in English.
