We are looking for an active multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and visitors to the company, handle office tasks and provide professional assistance via phone and e-mail, making reservations, travel and any other office-required arrangements, and most importantly being pleasant and helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful, candidates should be professional, polite, attentive and accurate. They should always be responsive and willing to meet each challenge directly. Must be comfortable with computers, basic account handling, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party and/or taking details for later reference.
Using computers to generate reports, for data entry, word and excel related tasks, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors.
Maintain professional communication via phone, e-mail.
Anticipate needs. Be proactive.
General office house keeping.

Computer Literate
Good in English Communication Skills
Know how to answer the phone, sending emails, filing etc.

Send emails and quotations to client

Must have good Microsoft Office skills.
Should be very good at managing admin tasks.
