Office Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
A) Provide high-level professional and technical assistance in preparing required documentation and technical requests.
B) Check and maintain the product submittals folder to ensure that information and documents are up to date.
C) Update and maintain both electronic and hard copy technical archives regularly.
D) Accurately report statistics for management reports.
E) Receive email notifications of updated MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet from the TSM and forward them to the TS – Office Assistant.
F) Forward product approvals from the sales team to the PLM to determine if they should be included in the submittals folder.
G) Save customer contact details (business cards) in the 'Contacts Database' folder within the 'Internal Documents' folder.
H) Consolidate stationery requirements for the Technical Services Department in the first week of each month.
I) Scan and save 'Leave Requests' and submit them to HR.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED3,400.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
