Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate office administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files.
  • Handle sales inquiries and customer requests promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare sales quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities regularly.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events and exhibitions to promote company products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements : -

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in both sales and administrative roles, preferably in the UAE market.( Freshers are also welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Traveling
  • Highly recommended to ladies who have own visa
