2. Assists with personal errands and tasks as required by the management, which may include managing personal appointments or handling special requests.
3. Drafts, proofreads, and manages correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters. Handles incoming and outgoing mail.
4. Manages the management's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
