Job Description:

As an Admin Assistant at Alba Homes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office. You will be responsible for general administrative tasks and supporting our team with daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Coordinate and manage communication channels including phone calls and emails.

- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accuracy of documentation.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents as required.

- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.

- Support team members with administrative projects and task facilitation.

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners professionally.
