We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team at Orthocure Medical Center. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment.
**Responsibilities:**-
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Provide accurate information about the services offered by the medical center.- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling payments.
**Requirements:**
- UAE nationality is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
