Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Service manager and service team to schedule service requests. Follow up with clients regarding to schedule appointments and filter any problem towards Service manager.
Use our own in house created dashboards to schedule and organize service requests. Maintain accurate data that is up to date at all times. Generate reports on performed services, technician performance, and cost savings for management review.
Demonstrate exceptional punctuality skills by ensuring timely delivery of scheduled placements / service requests. Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that purchasing activities are completed within designated timeframes.
Proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks in the servicing process and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
Provide administrative support to the company, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
