We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our construction company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and project managers.
  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in both Arabic and English.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role within a construction company.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in the construction industry is a definite asset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
