Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Manage communication channels within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
