Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, ticketing, and baggage handling.
  • Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct security screenings of passengers and carry-on items using X-ray machines and metal detectors.
  • Provide directions and assistance to passengers regarding airport facilities, gates, and amenities.
  • Monitor boarding gates, assist with boarding procedures, and ensure on-time departures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and other airport departments to resolve issues and ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe airport environment for passengers and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Physical ability to lift and move baggage and stand for extended periods.
