Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and deplaning processes.
  • Handle baggage, including loading, unloading, and sorting.
  • Provide information and assistance to passengers and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with airport safety and security procedures.
  • Assist with special needs services, such as wheelchair assistance.
  • Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle lost and found inquiries and resolve passenger issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the terminal and work areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or airport role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy baggage.
