Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounts Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for business decisions.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CA certification is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
