Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Assistant Manager / HR Recruiter to join our team. This hybrid role involves overseeing daily operations and managing human resources functions, with a focus on recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a solid understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Supervise and support team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints effectively.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of business improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
- Female candidate who can speak Urdu or Hindi.
