Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and inventory, to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
  • Assist sales representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain and update sales records, including customer information, order history, and sales activities.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Compile sales data and generate regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, and assist in making necessary arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain sales-related documents, files, and databases.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the sales department.
  • Prequalification works with new clients.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

Pre-Requisites:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Diploma Holder in any field
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
