A well-established Automotive company is looking for a Diagnostic Technician with the following qualifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of Technical School Degree
Certified Advanced technician from any reputable automotive brand
Fluency in English is a must
Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, In-house DMS and any ERP solution approved by the company
Duties
Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment in line with the brand process
Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Dealership and Factory Standards & Instructions to drive customer loyalty.
Communicating with Parts Advisor and Team Leader regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction in line with the brand process and performing repair, if authorized by the Customer
Conducting multi-function inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of Customer vehicles
Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
Maintaining an inventory of normal Technician’s tools not normally inventoried by the Service Department as “Special tools".
Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
Providing an exceptional Customer experience to drive loyalty
Perform other duties as requested by the Workshop Manager
