Job Description
  • Coordinating with Head Office HR Team and answer incoming calls and emails
  • Updating employee’s daily attendance details
  • Monthly Incentive and overtime calculations
  • Organize and maintain employees’ personnel records
  • Update internal databases i.e. - Sick Leaves/ unpaid leave and Annual Leaves in HR Portal
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information for leaves of absence and sick leaves
  • Assisting and informing to employees for visa renewal medical fitness
  • Coordinate camp boss for accommodation issues and reporting management
  • Reporting on accommodation incidents for disciplinary actions
  • Maintaining warehouse manpower and outsourcing workers and updating the records on daily basis
  • Updating/Managing of Warehouse expenses Petty cash /stationery procurement in coordination with Accounts team
