Position: Business Analyst - Finn One Collections

Experience: Minimum 5 - 6 Years of experience in banking/ financial industry, preferably in Finn One
Employment Type: 06 months extendable

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering.
- System Testing, Issues Closure, Production Movement for Support Issues.
- Business user assistance and support.
- Co-ordination with Vendor for the delivery of changes request/Issues fixes.
- Managing Implementation, UAT and Training.
- Co-ordination with business users, Testing Team, Other Teams for System Support.
- Facilitating Go Live and Support activities with relevant teams.
- Prior Experience in Collections System Implementation and Support.
