Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B)
Company: Lambda Accounting and Auditing (Sister concern of YABS)
Location: Dubai Investment Park
Salary Range: 4000 to 5000 AED per month

Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets that are 3-4 times their basic pay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or marketing within the UAE and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the UAE market.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote Lambda’s accounting and auditing services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets of 3-4 times the basic pay.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify new opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and client feedback.
- Use CRM software to manage and track sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in the UAE is mandatory. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. Having experience in Finance industries will be a plus.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, B2B client handling and presentation skills.
- License: Having a UAE driving license is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
