Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Greha Pravesh Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the listing process for residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Listing Management:

- Coordinate the listing process for residential and commercial properties, ensuring accurate and comprehensive property details.

- Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties, including relevant details such as pricing, features, and location.

2. Communication and Collaboration:

- Liaise with real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for property listings.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling listing materials, including photos, descriptions, and promotional content.

3. Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure all listing documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with local real estate regulations and company standards.

- Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property listings.

4. Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competition.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market research findings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate, preferably in a listing coordination or similar role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with Dubai real estate market regulations and trends.
